Product: HP Envy 4520 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

There is other topics on this subject but can't find working solution. I am on a computer on windows 10 and after installing the printer everything is working perfectly but after a while the printer will only print in black and white from the computer. If I print the same document from my phone it is with colour. In order to fix the solution is to reinstall fully the printer where it will print the document with colour but it never last and always come back to black and white.
