Product: HP DeskJet 2652
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I haven't used the printer in 2 years. But whenever I would try to print anything, only blank pages would come out. No error messages, ink levels are good. I bought brand new ink cartridges thinking that would help, but with the new ones only yellow will print. I followed all of the troubleshooting options in: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-5200-all-in-one-printer-series/14095737/model/1409...

No matter what the printer tries to print, alignment page, cleaning pages, windows test page, only the yellow parts of the document will print. Still no error messages. PC and diagnostic software doesn't see anything wrong with the printer.
