Product: Deskjet 3735
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I had an issue when printing a sheet - the page came out creased and with the ink smudged. Since then if I try to print it comes out blank, the only exception is when running diagnostics where a very faint pink will show. I have gone through all troubleshooting advice but nothing has helped. Any advice?
