HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJET 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My HP OfficeJet Printer 4650 which is connected to a wireless network is malfunctioning. It is unable to print. Window on printer is showing blue light and will not shut down . Also getting message that printer is not online. Tried troubleshooting with HP Print and Scan Doctor and with HP Smart, both of which failed to resolve problem.  Also got messages that printer could not be found. Operating System is Windows 10.
