Product: desk jet 4121
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased a new desk jet 4121 printer and have trouble with setting it up. I have installed the HP smart App. At first I tried to install it using the USB and then using the FiFi systems. Both attempts resulted in "cannot connect with printer".  I tried changing the USB cable without success. Perhaps you may be able to give me some ideas on how to troubleshoot the problem.
