Hello,

I have noticed over the past few months that my printer is using ink very quickly. It has become frustrating and expensive. I would estimate that I have been getting around 40 or 50 pages per ink cartridge. For example, I installed a brand new, regular HP 63 black ink cartridge and printed 18 pages. I then checked the ink level and it was reported at below half!

I've tried using both 600 and 300 dpi and that doesn't seem to make a difference. In addition, I have my printing set as a draft to preserve ink, but nothing seems to be helping. Please help.

Thank you in advance.
