HP Recommended
Product: HP Office Jet 7500A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Office Jet 7500A wide format printer has worked well for many years. However, now it will not load paper. I followed the HP virtual assistant steps to discover and fix the issue. None worked including the final step of cleaning the feed roller with a damp clean cloth.  Any suggestions?  Should I scrap the printer and buy a new one?
