Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Whenever I print a document on my PC, both via the HP Smart App as via Windows standard printer screen, the print comes out completely blurred with jagged lines and stripes. 

However when I print a standard report from HP Smart, the print comes out completely fine. All colors work, the text is readible and just as it should be. The printer is 2 weeks old and already having problems. I tried different driversoftwares, USB/Wifi connection, Cleaning program of the printhead, none of it seems to work.

Anyone else with this problem or better yet the solution?
