Product: Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello

My Pagewide pro 477dw printer is not waking up from sleeping mode.

When it is in this stage it is impossible to print or scan.

I tried every solution I saw on internet :

- reset the printing system in System Preferences

- update the printer's firmware

In wireless mode :

- Affect a fix IP to the printer

I am now in USB mode and the problem is the same.

The only solution that work is to switch to "Never" the energy save settings so the printer never go in sleep mode.

I don't like this solution as you can imagine...

The funny thing is that when the printer is in sleeping mode I can print wirelessly from my phone but my Mac won't.

Any help is welcome
