HP Recommended
Product: Deskjet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer won't print MS Word Documents.  It will print everything else incl PDF, Email, MS Excel, internet.  But not from Word.

When Wireless it makes a noise like its about to print, then does nothing.

When USB it just feeds the paper through without printing.

I have changed the UAC to Off, restarted.  Made no difference.

I have removed all HP software from my Laptop and reinstalled.  Made no difference!

HELP!!
