HP Recommended
Product: OFFICEJET PRO 8600 PLUS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Officejet pro 8600 Plus, Error message stating that the printhead appears to be missing,  not detected,  or incorrectly installed.  I removed the printhead and cleaned it as recommended but I continue to get the same error message.  Does anyone have other suggestions or does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement printhead. I received this message after printing about 10 pages and had installed new ink cartridges that I had just purchased from Costco
