Product: Smart Tank 615
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, i have a message of "reinstalling the printheads", I have tried several times as shown in the small video and the message is still the same. I went to the shop where i bought the printer ant they told me they don't sell these printheads!

 

Any help on this? thanks!
