Product: HP Envy 5032

Hi. My printer is printing black text like bubble writing instead of solid. It even did it with a bar code which I couldn't use as it wouldn't scan. I've ran through the calibration prints but it hasn't helped. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
