My Printer won't print I tried to connect to the printer and print it won't work I tried using a USB cable it won't work tried turning it on and off unplugging and it still says cartridge error and it won't print anything or scan there's paper in it I also check the cartridges took them out and put them back in it still won't work hp smart app won't work either I cant bypass the cartridge error and I watch a lot of videos still can't bypass it can someone help me fix this please and thank you I also use a MacBook air it won't work and a windows 10 pc with USB and wireless.
