Product: HP Envy 5000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone,

 

Printer: HP Envy 5000

 

We recently moved to azure Windows virtual desktop environment. We have problem while printing from remote desktop

It prints blank pages or just black lines. We also installed the drivers in remote desktop but it did not help.

Tried with Group policy to not use remote desktop easy print drivers and with remote desktop drivers. nothing works.

 

Is there any other driver which i should be using in this remote desktop Environment.
