Good afternoon,
We work with WORD templates where the paper properties "paper input" is set to automatic selection.
Unfortunately we cannot change this because the templates come from a third party software.
The language in the print screens is unfortunately Dutch, my apologies
WORD Template paper settings:
Everywhere we have set that Tray 2 should be used as the default.
On the printer in windows 10 and on the config in the printer.

But when I want to print the WORD template with the paper settings set to "automatic", it still wants to print from tray 1.
How do I disable Tray 1 completely or make sure Tray 2 always prints?
