Product: Samsung X4300 Series
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I work in an office and I am having multiple issues with printing. I have been able to fix the issue with all computers except for Mac. I have had them download the driver and the issue was fixed.

 

The Macs, however, have been much harder to fix. There are connections issues with airprinting. The mac forgets the printer and you have to constantly re-add it. We have put in the exact location of the printer in the IP setting. Sometimes the mac can't even find the printer and sometimes it can, it's all over the place. I have updated the driver on the printer but still nothing. Another problem is that printing on an A3 isn't an option for some Macs. The issues are all over the place.

 

The strangest and hardest part of all this is, I'm the only one never having issues. I need a solution or we will simply have to get rid of the Samsung printer. I fear though, we will run into these same problems with a new one.
