Neverstop 1001NW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Picked up some 8.5x10.5 70lb envelopes and I keep on getting creases. Printer spec says

60 to 120 gsm / 16 to 27 lb

70lb is obviously well beyond 27lb, but 70lb converted to gsm is 105. Not sure what that’s about, but based on what the printer supports [i] special media: envelopes [ii] 60-120gsm ..I shouldn’t be encountering these issues? Is this a thermal issue?*

Any help would be very much appreciated.

*Aside: although I wasn’t able to specify size, I was able to print on the envelopes without issue on an HP 5075 inkjet.

Other notes: brand new printer.
