HP PageWide Pro 477dn Multifunction Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to print to PageWide Pro 477dn on Windows 10 machine.

 

Drivers are installed correctly and all settings verified correct for network printing using HP Print & Scan Doctor.

 

Yet, I am unable to print a test page or a Word document. Each time I sent a print it shows in the queue and goes to the spooler, then disappears. Other times a test print simply comes back with an error stating "The parameter is incorrect."

 

Checked Event Viewer which states that there is  a print spooler error, which also states driver install failed. But this does not show when trying to troubleshoot the printer using the default Windows troubleshooter or HP Print & Scan Doctor.

 

How can I resolve this error?
