Product: Laserprinter Colorjet MPF 177 fw

Hello,

My fw 177 printer print some things like pdf or word attachements mostly very pale and every kopie in black or color ?.

The 4 color cartride are full and I have activate a few times the cleaning and kalibrationprogramm.

On the color print testpage, there is only yellow powerfull.

 

What can I do please.
