Hello, I need some help. I cannot find the fix to this problem and can’t find any help online.

My DeskJet has started to print oddly, this is the first time it’s done something like this before. When I print a document the sides of the paper are cut off, they are not being printed onto even though the ‘preview’ says it should. It’s the right side and bottom of the paper that being cut off.  (See photos below)

I have tried many things to fix this, I tried using my old laptop (Hp) and my current one (Chrome book) along with using different ways of printing via Google Docs and Google PDF Printing. And It printed correctly once, But it turned out to be a fluke. I messed with the ‘margins’ setting and the ‘sizing’ settings but nothing is changing.

I am stumped, I have no idea how to fix this or what to do. I would really appreciate any tips or ideas on how to fix this problem.
