Hi,
My printer in hp4200tn and I have problem when printing A5 papers in duplex mode
It works well when I print A5 on one side with duplexer unit installed or when I print A4 on both sides.
Paper jams in top area between fuser and toner. When I pull out fuser I can see paper is bent like U letter layed horizontally (bent part of U towards fuser), and one side of not bent side of paper remains stucked in toner approx. 1cm. When I pull out toner, I can see that both sides of paper are printed, and one side transfers toner to my fingers while other does not. It does not matter which try I use, it happends even when I feed manually.
Wery rearely it does print A5 ok on both sides.
