Product: OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The printer keeps giving a prompt almost every second on the small printer screen with the message: "A problem with the USB device has occurred. Remove the USB device, and then restart the printer". I've now tried resetting the printer; turning it off; removing the power and removing the Ethernet kabel. But nothing works. I've not even ever used a USB device on this printer.
