Product: HP Designjet 750c Plus Plotter
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
Hi
I bought the HP Designjet 750C Plus plotter secondhand. According to the seller, it should work properly. The straps have only recently been replaced. When starting up, there is always "lower arm" even though the arm is already down. What else can I do?
Filling paper or cartridges is impossible because the error message blocks everything ...
Does anyone have experience with it?
