Buonasera a tutti, mi trovo in questo forum perchè sto riscontrando un'anomalia durante la configurazione della mia stampante HP. L'ho connessa manualmente alla rete domestica, ho effettuato una configurazione tramite CD e nonostante ciò non riesco a stampare file dal computer e non riesco a scannerizzare nulla. Mi da questo errore: "LA STAMPANTE NON E' INSTALLATA, INSTALLALA MEDIANTE IL SOFTWARE HP [...]" . Ora, io non so quale sia questo software, avrei bisogno seriamente di aiuto. Ringrazio in anticipo.
