HP Recommended
Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

When using the HP easy scan or with preview I get the error:

 

an error ocurred while communicating with the scanner

 

This happens with  par example the following settings:

Happens sometimes immediately or sometimes after a few pages. 

Flatbed scanning goes correctly

 

This happens on two different mac computers,both with MAC OS 10.13.2 (High Sierra)

 

- I installed the latest drivers 12 dec 2017

- I resetted the printer driver system (choosed hp and not apple driver)

- The firmware has this version 20160921

- I switched from wifi to wired (ethernet)

-Restarted both: MacBook and Printer

- I followed the instruction from this page:

But nothing helped till now.

Help would be appreciated.
