Hey all,
I got several m479fdn Printers in my ipsec-Network connected to terminal servers on a different location. Unfortunately the printers keep being stuck on zero Byte job after successfully printing said job when people print multiple jobs at once.
It prints the file, but then just doesn't seem to get the info that the job has been processed right away so it keeps hanging in the queue for several minutes, blocking the other jobs from being printed.
I tried different drivers, lowered the MTU, deactivated advanced print features, tried both RAW and LPR protocols.
No print jobs get stuck when being printed locally without the ipsec-connection.
Any ideas?
Greetings,
Quest
