Product: HP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw printer, it just stays on a screen written READY TO DOWNLOAD  FW CORRUPT, I tried a re-install method but unfortunately it does not work. if you can help me please. thank you

 

Lorsque j'allume mon imprimante HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw, elle reste simplement sur un écran écrit PRÊT À TÉLÉCHARGER FW CORRUPT, j'ai essayé une méthode de réinstallation mais malheureusement cela ne fonctionne pas. si vous pouvez m'aider s'il vous plait. Je vous remercie
