Hi all,

I recently bought a Maintenance Kit 2 to replace a service station in a Z5200 I own (it was showing the

"Maintenance Kit #2 will soon be needed"

message for a while so I got it), replaced the part, worked fine for about 4 days and today the printer randomly displayed a 21:13 error telling me the usual

"Switch off, if problem persists, contact HP Support",

did that a few times but it still came up in the initialisation sequence.

The station/Maintenance Kit 2  was only purchased just over a week ago, I have not had time to run the calibration tests on the service station (this is my busiest period of the year), so I am wondering if it is because of that, or if it's just a dud service station and would I need to start an RMA/replacement request with HP and if so, how would I do that?

thanks in advance

Eddie
