Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new officejet pro 9012e randomly prints pages with emoji's, etc and I can't find a way to turn it off. I searched for solutions and it could be an open port but I don't know how to fix this. Is there anyone who can help me please?
