Operating System: Unknown

There is no way to remove the printhead on my model as the cover over it is fixed. I cannot use the Utility of Clean Printhead because it keeps telling me that I need to clear the error first...   the error is the problem!!!  So frustrated right now as I need this printer. Please give another suggestion for clearing the error message  Oxc19a0003
