HP Recommended

I've had the same issue with my design jet 800 after the update. Was on the phone with a tech yesterday and after him trying to fix it but ultimately being stumped, he suggested using a windows 7 computer to see if that worked. Because for my printer the last drivers hp released for it was windows 7 compatible. We just so happened to have one so we hooked the printer up to it. Worked perfectly after I installed the windows 7 drivers.
