HP Recommended

I have the exact same issue.

 

However, I cannot find the firmware download for my printer - HP LaserJet P1102w. The only file I found marked as firmware update is a file named: LJP1100_P1560_P1600_FW_Upgrade_20180815

This file is the normal drivers setup and looks nothing like the description here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05240288

 

Where can I get new updated firmware for HP LaserJet P1102w?
