HP Recommended

I cannot print from Quicken 2016 or QuickBooks 2015.  I can print a test page.  I ran the tool and printed a test page, with no trouble found.  

 

Quicken 2016 gave me a message: "Unable to verify the active printer at the system level."  I logged in as a user with adminstrative prviledges, recommended by Quicken 2016, but that didn't work either. 

 

QuickBooks gave me a message: "Cannot print from WEP ?  

 

My pc recongnizes the printer, but software programs cannot. 

 

No tool to fix it worked.

 

QuickBooks gave me a hint about the Port, but it was over my head.
