HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 Product #A7F64A
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Unable to find anything on the web remotely similar, so I'm posting a photo of the clean printhead page, which clearly shows the issue.

Any help will be appreciated.  If we're talking printhead replacement here, it's a new printer (not an HP).

Anyone/all who can chime in with some thoughts:  thank you kindly in advance!
