Product: HP Smart Tank 615
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I left the printer unused for a month and the print quality is now bad.  I forgot to print at least once a week.

 

I can buy replacement printheads, but I can not get the printer to move its printheads in position for me to remove it.

 

I have repeatedly used the clean print head utility and tried the clean smear.  It did not improve the quality.  The report printed stays exactly the same.   The white lines on the color are in exactly the same place.  The black is also the same, the missing black areas are always on the same spots.

 

I want to replace the printheads, how do I force them to be replaced (or go into the correct position for me to remove them)?
