Hello

I am Arno

Live in the Netherlands and are the owner of a security company. Now to have introduced myself to you all in a short way i want to put down a question/problem and hope the community can help me out here

The printer i own is protected by pincode for users and “controller” wich i am both in this case. I pit in a pincode/password to the printer.  It allows me to adjust and use the printer and no one else is able to acces the pro ter except by HPSmart app to print.

I forget the password/pincode for entering my own new machine. Hoe can i reset the printer totally because after reset the codes are still in place on the printer.

Can anyone help me how to teuelly reset this so i can use the printer totally again?

@ your service!

Kind regards,
Arno
