Product: LaserJet m501dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello All,

 

My customer is using HP LaserJet m501dn connected to SAP. When he tries to print barcodes, it gives an error on the printout, saying 'Wrong data'. We have tried different Device Types in SAP with no luck at all. Could anyone advice? Is that error connected to Device Type in SAP?
