So per usual there is an "update" and now nothing works and this is my only outlet for help??  My scan to email is my work lifeline. I finally fixed all the Windows 10 issues and it was all working fine.

A couple days ago there was a "firmware" update to the printer itself. It will now not scan to email.

I do not connect my printer to my computer via cord and do not intend to start now.  I have gone online to the 10.1.10 . . . and checked my password etc and it all works fine and the "test" sends successfully and is received on my email BUT when I go to the printer and try to scan a document it tells me the password or user name is incorrect - which isn't true.  I can't get it to scan and I am just so fed up with this nonsense.  STOP THE UPDATES!!!   More frustrated work hours wasted.  Can someone please tell me how to get this working??
