PLEASE MY SCANNER WAS WORKING AND WHEN IT WAS READY WAS APPEARED IN IT'S SCREEN (01) OR (00)
I WAS POWER IT OFF FOR A MONTH AND NOW WHEN I POWER IT ON THE LAMP NOT LIGHTING AND THERE IS A CODE IN SCANNER SCREEN (23)
SO WHAT DOES (23) MEAN ????
HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ????
