Product: Samsung CLP 360
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

My Samsung CLP 360 color laser printer does not start up properly. When I switch on the motor blocks and the orange led comes on. It does not blink and there is a slight click as if it were stuck. There is no paper that I can see either in front, on top or at the back. The feed roller does not turn. Can someone tell me what may be the problem. It doesn't seem to be a paper jam and I don't really want to open the printer up myself. The toner supply is ok. Thank you for any help.
