Hi everyone hope that someone may be able to assist, I have a Samsung Multixpress C9251 commonly known as a CLX9251 which is a photocopier / printer etc. I have downloaded the installation software and Drivers via the HP website (I assume HP own the printing side of Samsung?) which are the correct drivers for the machine as well as the latest.

 

I can print from PC to the CLX, I can also see toner levels etc from the printer monitor on my PC from the CLX so this establishes communication both ways. I am using windows 10. When I try and scan using Samsung Easy Document Creator my printer is not found, I am connected via USB and not Network. If I choose the Scan to PC option on the printer it does not find my PC . I have installed 2 seperate TWAIN packages but again both fail to pick up the Samsung CLX.

 

I simply need to be able to scan from the CLX to PC and I would be a happy chappy if someone has a resolution to allow this to happen.
