Product: IMAC
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I upgraded the IMac over the weekend from 10.14.1 to Catalina with the Samsung Xpress C480FW printer.

Since the upgrade the Samsung Easy Document Creator stopped working and closes as soon as I try to select a scanner.

I've uninstalled printer drivers, all Samsung apps and then reinstalled the drivers, then all apps on Catalina, but Catalina doesn't like the Samsung apps.

The printer does print though and the native scanner app from Apple works. 

The Samsung app with the nice PDF and email options is now a mystery!

 

Can someone shed some light why this happens?

How do you resolve it?
