Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using Samsung Easy Eco Driver for a very long time, many years, successfully.  I have a file that I printed a few days ago without issue but now I have an issue that I cannot explain. Using Samsung Easy Eco Driver I cannot print images two per page at 5x7.

Unexplainably, the file now shows a black bar and when printed that area is simply blank.

The files print fine if printed full page.

What I'm doing is right clicking an image, bmp or png, selecting Print which opens the Print Pictures window. I select two copies to print, unselect Fit picture to frame, then 5x7. It shows me a preview of the image, which looks correct. Then I click print and the Samsung Easy Eco Driver opens and here's a different image. The same thing happens if I try to print at 4x6. However, everything works fine if I print at 3.5x5.

Strangely, "simple" images don't have this issue. By simple I mean ones with lots of white space and little or no text. This suggests that images with lots of compact text and or very close small images are the ones affected by this.

I haven't changed any settings, in any program, in months.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Thanks!!!!
