SL-M2024W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Samsung M2020 series printer (specifically SL-M2024W).  Every other day it seems when I go to print, the printer will not respond until I press the button on the printer (or turn off and turn back on).  Seemingly, it appears that the printer is asleep.  Once I press the button on the printer, the printer will operate normally and print just fine both wirelessly as well as in wired mode.

Again, it seems that the printer is going into sleep mode.  So, I attempted to disable "sleep mode" or set the "wake up event" in SyncThru settings as described in other posts (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Computers/M2070-Xpress-Printer-not-waking-up/td-p/14317/page/3).

However, when I go to SyncThru, sign in with my admin user name, and go to Settings -> Machine Settings -> System -> Setup -> General, the options are:

- Power Save (it lets you set a value from 1-60) -- my current setting is 60)

- Auto Power Off (checkbox called "enable" -- my setting is unchecked)

- Auto Power Off Timeout (this is grayed out because the Auto Power Off checkbox is not "enabled"... however, the possible values for this are 5-240 minutes)

- Job Timeout (options are 15-300 seconds -- my current setting is 15)

-Altitude Adjustment (options are Normal and High 1, High 2, High 3, High 4, and High 5 -- my current setting is "Normal")

As you can see, there is no "wake up event" option for me in settings and the power save values doesn't allow you to turn off power save.  Any ideas/help?
