Hi!

I cannot to add support of Samsung SCX-4216F Multifunctional Device scanning in Windows 10 64-bit.

I have install all 4 programms from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-scx-4216-laser-multifunction-printer-series...

I've downloaded the HPPSdr.exe (HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR FOR WINDOWS PC), run it show SCX-4x16 Series as not installed:

And advise to Get Installer by following the link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/

Multifunctional device is displayed only as a printer in Windows settings:

And print test page is working, but scanner doesn't work.

I've install suggested scan drivers throught Samsung Printer Center:

Sumsung Printer Center Update softwareSumsung Printer Center Update software

Software listSoftware list

But it cannot to found any scanners:

So, how I can add support of scanner of Samsung SCX-4216F device in Windows 10?

Disk with drivers for Windows from box was lost.
