Product: XPress C1860FW
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hi,

bought a brand new Samsung  XPress C1860FW Laser/Scanner.

It is connected via LAN and printing with my Mac directly worked without issues.

 

What is not working is the scanner component.

Seems to be impossible to install the correct drivers.

 

Easy Printer Manager is installed and works.

Click on a scan and it says "Software for this device is not installed (-9950)". I've tried to download some scanner set up material but it does not solve the problem.

 

Anyone with an idea?
