Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I was always able to connect my printer to my router with the WPS button but a few months ago it started printing random boxes and numbers. It printed ok when I connected it via USB cable. After getting a new router and a new computer, the printer doesn't connect with the WPS button. When I print the Information sheets, all I get it Supplies Information and Usage Counter, no info on a network or a PIN or anything to indicate being able to connect via wifi. Is the Wifi somehow broken?
