Hello, just unpacked new Samsung Xpress SL-M2070W multifunctional print/scan/copy machine. At very beginning I was able to scan one page two times: first time it produced an empty copy - no even signs of any toner on it. Second attempt created normal copy and then suddenly error apeared "Scanner locked" and I was not able to "unlock" neither from machine itself nor from PC after installing all drivers, tools etc. I found some article pointing out to some "locker" but in fact the scanning head is moving like 1 sm. each time when I start-stop the printer so it can't be mechanical blockage. Unfortunately the "diagnostic" tools provided by Samsung and HP just informed me about something that I already knew from machine display - Scanner locked. No direction how to resolve or reset. Please provide some guidance on how to resolve that issue. Thanks.
