Hello,

I cannot get my printer to SAVE the scans it takes either from the Flat Bed or the ADF.

The issue is as follows:

I scan the document, using the document scanning option.  Then I click to send the file to the save folder.  I select ANY folder and the message reads " FILE NOT FOUND, CHECK THE FILE NAME AND TRY AGAIN"

I dont understand why it is searching for an existing file, when I am trying to save a new file.  So I tried placing a PDF in the folder location where I want to save the scan, and tried to name the scan file the same as the PDF that is in the folder.  THIS WORKED PARTIALLY.... the save finally went through successfully through the easy document center for samsung and said that the file saved successfully, HOWEVER, when I went to open the file in the folder, it was still the original document that I had placed there, and NOT the scanned image.

I have went through the forums at relevent issues and have done the following:

-Updated my firmware from 2015 version to 2017, successfully through the SyncThruWeb Service

- Updated my DNS server to .8.8.8.8 and the secondary to .8.8.4.4

- Updated the IP address to manual

- Updated the easy document creator from the older version to the newer version of the software.

None of this has resolved the problem.....  Any Advice? or Questions?
